INR Tracker is an app for people taking warfarin. It helps you keep a clear record of your INR results and follow the dosing schedule your clinician prescribed.
What you can do

- Save the warfarin regimens your clinician gives you: daily doses, a weekly total, or a repeating pattern, matched to your tablet strengths.
- See today's dose and your recent INR trend at a glance.
- Sign in with Google or with an email and password.
Not medical advice. INR Tracker records information you
and your clinician provide. It does not calculate, recommend, or change
warfarin doses. Always follow your clinician's instructions, and contact
them or emergency services if you are unwell.
